1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of the publicly available MobaURL website and all related digital services offered through it.
2. Permitted use
The service may only be used for lawful purposes. Misuse, fraud, malware distribution, or attempts to circumvent security and abuse protections are prohibited.
3. Availability and changes
MobaURL may adapt, extend, or limit functions of the service when necessary for security, stability, or product development.
4. User content and responsibility
Users remain responsible for the destinations, profile content, and linked resources they publish through the service and must ensure they have the rights to do so.
5. Liability
MobaURL is liable under statutory provisions for intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is limited to breaches of essential contractual duties and foreseeable damage.
6. Final provisions
German law applies to the extent permitted. If individual provisions are invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
